After wen to Mystic beach, we found Bakery Cafe. We had Red Lentil soup, and it was pretty awesome!!! ? my little girls loved it! No photo because before I realized I should've took some pictures, it was all gone! Yummy!

SO disappointed! Visiting Sooke for the first time on an after holiday relaxation getaway - visited their website to see big hearty sandwiches made with real roasted meats and tasty treats so we went to check them out. placed our order$15 for a grilled roast beef panini- (they asked if I wanted it warmed up???) oh well, small town and if it's as good as the picture... will be worth it. got back to our place and opened up our bags to what looked like a 7-11 sandwich on a bad day! Always try to support local, but wow, just wow! Hard pass for the future and would not recommend!

Wonderful bakery In sooke Even just getting a Wonder Cinnamon Treat in the Morning Was Wonderful I highly recommend this place.
Honestly a Joke . This place has nothing to do with Vienna or a Viennese coffe shop . It is so disconnected from reality it’s hard to describe. I am sure the best intentions where there but the execution is way below par and reality. RENAME IT you will be good no problem but don’t promise something you can’t hold a Candle to it . Auf nimmer Wiedersehen.

I really wanted to like this place as both of the ladies working there were so nice but the day old muffin I got- while it tasted okay, was burnt on the bottom and my mom's oat milk latte was so yucky she ended up pouring it out. She said it tasted burnt and when she poured it out there was lots of coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. Sadly we won't be going back while we're here visiting.
