Crappy food, and pretty bad over $4 for a cheese burger

I just tried to get a coffee from there. It had 2 espresso shots in it and tasted like water. How can it taste like water after 2 espresso shots? Yuck.

The McDonalds coffee and breakfast wraps are awesome but the plugs on the side of the booths aren't working. I was trying to charge my phone and both plugs aren't working.

forgot i had at one point given this place a 5 star... 1 star for events during the heat dome. Only place in Greater Victoria i actively embargo.

Not sure what the hell goes on with how they make their coffee at this location but it's such a gamble when it comes to consistently getting reasonable coffee here.
Some days it's great; other days it's watered down swill with milk and sugar added.
I cant imagine this is a very complicated process to achieve consistent coffee in a fast food setting; so it says to me the managers at this location are not training their staff properly.
Wont be stopping here for morning coffee anymore; Tim Hortons seems to be more consistent for drive-thru coffee.

Mobile app bugged out charging me twice contacted mcdonalds support about it and they directed me to the manager who did not want to seem to deal with the problem at all trying to deflect the issue blaming it on being lost in the cloud despite the transaction being fully processed by the bank and McDonalds and he has just phoned me back after saying he looked into it refusing the refund and directly telling me to report the transaction as fraud with my bank
What can I say - it is McDonalds and not Gourmet dining. Still it never disappoints.

They usually try their best here, and are somehow able to give pre-pamdemic levels of service. Possibly because people have always treated McDonald's/fast food workers the same, and nothing really changed. I was also extremely impressed the first couple times I got delivery from here, even though the food has been consistently cold since. So it's sometimes a toss-up, but they try--and that's more than most these days.

Ok. As usual this location does not care about customer service or getting the food order correct. I spent $50 and they forgot three items. I tried to call at 830 pm and after ten attempts no answer. I expect better from a franchise and they continue to disappoint customers. They care more about uber items than people who come in person
