Mobile app bugged out charging me twice contacted mcdonalds support about it and they directed me to the manager who did not want to seem to deal with the problem at all trying to deflect the issue blaming it on being lost in the cloud despite the transaction being fully processed by the bank and McDonalds and he has just phoned me back after saying he looked into it refusing the refund and directly telling me to report the transaction as fraud with my bank

They usually try their best here, and are somehow able to give pre-pamdemic levels of service. Possibly because people have always treated McDonald's/fast food workers the same, and nothing really changed. I was also extremely impressed the first couple times I got delivery from here, even though the food has been consistently cold since. So it's sometimes a toss-up, but they try--and that's more than most these days.

Ok. As usual this location does not care about customer service or getting the food order correct. I spent $50 and they forgot three items. I tried to call at 830 pm and after ten attempts no answer. I expect better from a franchise and they continue to disappoint customers. They care more about uber items than people who come in person

Our family wants to say hello and thanks to Jerry! He was extremely kind and provided for my two daughters lot of joy. He asked a few times if we are ok, then bring balloons and even 2 free ice cream-compliments, just because my daughter slipped on a floor. That’s hospitality Canada deserves!)

Often homeless people hanging around the front doors, personally worked there and was treated poorly by other staff and management especially. Got written up once for being in the hospital(emergency visit) and even had my mom call ahead, ended up being in the hospital a week+ and missed one of my shifts. Despite giving them over 4 days notice I was written up and not even told that I had been till weeks later.

Average McDs food. I find that no matter what time of day or day of the week I come in here the place is a mess. Tables dirty, food and garbage on the floor, etc. Under-staffed maybe?
