As per any McDonald's, the food quality is standard for any franchise, for a quick fix. I have been several times. The early morning shift for my coffee is great with great service. After that, though, check your order more times than not they forget items in your order.

They tried to charge me 2.99 for a glass of water with my food order. Absolutely silly. The manager that night even argued with me about it and said it was for the cost of the cup. A bottle of water is cheaper.

I have mistakenly come here several times. Every single time the soda is so watered down, it's disgusting. They were out of poutine (not the end of the world) and gave me small fries instead, which is not the same price at all. Nuggets are always not fresh, it's like playing lotto on if fries are hot. It's a popular location as it's the only one in sooke but I always regret it when I come.

A lovely local McDonalds. We’ve eaten here a few times on our vacation whilst car camping/ small tent in The provincial parks. A lovely cup of coffee, warm toasted cream cheese bagel (breakfast) , cheeseburger (lunch). Clean toilets, parking in mall area outside, interactive screens to order (2) or in person if you wish. Staff super friendly. Food arrives quickly.
