Got pizza here for the first time and was not disappointed. Ordered for pick-up over the phone for a custom-build and was able to grab it in 15 minutes. Friendly customer service. The pizza tasted phenomenal, great crust and sauce. 10/10 would highly recommend ordering pizza from Pizzability when visiting Sooke!
I won't lie, the pizza was soild. Chewy dough, classic tasting sauce, average amount of toppings. The overall customer service experience was lacking, and even worse, their website menu says they are offering many dishes that they aren't. Update your website, so you can improve your customer expectations and service.
I had a bit of a wait but the time passed fast having a great time with the staff who make you feel very welcome. Food was also fantastic.
