We had a wonderful lunch. The fish and chips were delicious as was the caesar salad. The server, Kailene, was terrific; very professional, friendly and helpful. We recommend this restaurant very highly.

Ordered Fish and Chips tonight for take out for the first time in a while.
We were shocked that the portion size of the fish was less than half of what it used to be, despite the price being higher.
And the coleslaw was inedible. It had a brown tint to it and smelled very off.
Definitely not worth the $65+ dollars for two orders.
Sadly, we won't be ordering take out from here again. Use to be one of our favs.

A nice little restaurant and bar in this small town, and they don’t skimp out on portion sizes! The fish and chips were really great, and it was nice that they offered other things like the grilled chicken salad. Our server was very nice too, and answered all our questions regarding the food!!

Delicious food, great service and a really positive energetic vibe. IMO, this is the best place for dinner in Sooke. The food was fresh and there were vegan and gluten free options. Portion sizes and prices were very reasonable for the delicious food we got. We will be back again, the next time we're visiting Sooke!!!

The food is always fantastic! The service was awesome, my review would be 5 stars if not for the washroom situation, you have three washrooms, one is men’s ( it has a urinal) and the other two are unisex, my suggestion is to have a men’s, a woman’s and a unisex, I tried both washrooms and both had seats up and pee on the floor, it is not my responsibility to touch public washroom seats and stand in random stranger man’s pee, at home my son may pee on the seat, but I can yell at him to go clean it up, and stranger mens pee in much different than your child’s pee But mostly I feel that women being 50% of the population we should have our own washroom and shouldn’t have to justify or explain that, having a mens and two unisex makes me feel that women are just not important enough to have our own place to pee with the seat down and good aim.

Came for a quick late afternoon pick me up. Nice and warm atmosphere, appetizers were delicious! Try the prawn and mussel dishes and add extra garlic bread!
