Paid $6.75 for one of the worst lattes I’ve had. The barista submerged the steam wand in the oat milk ($1.20 extra) and walked away, letting it run unattended. Came back, turned it off, poured it, and handed over a burnt, flat latte. If you’re charging that much, please train your staff.

Quiet inside with some comfortable seating. Coffee and cake was really good. We had to wait a while as the cashier was also making the drinks. Even for drink in they serve in paper cups instead of glass or proper mugs.
I was welcomed as I stepped in the door. And delightfully surprised to get the first croissant from the oven.
Thank you for a nice coffee, great wifi, and friendly local atmosphere.
The washrooms were also very clean and large.
I spent 3 hours working away on a project and was able to plug in my laptop.

Just a quick question, and I mean this sincerely. Is it normal for a coffee shop to not have coffee?
My dad walked in, ready to order the one thing you'd expect from a place like this. Coffee. We were told the machines were already off. Not broken. Not being cleaned. Just off. And this was 45 minutes before closing.
The shop was still open. Lights on. Staff present. But no coffee.
It's genuinely confusing. A place with such a confident name, yet no coffee being served when it's still clearly open. I left without caffeine, but with a lot of questions. Do the machines have a curfew? Is this a social experiment? Are we being tested?
Strong name. Strange priorities.
