We were able to do a backroom tour of the Sooke Brewing Company. An upscale establishment with a bit of character (see the saw blade) with a good production floor and a range of beers to sample. Friendly staff and I found the backroom tour (set up for our group via West Coast Brewery Tours) informative and well worth the trip out to Sooke. I liked the environment and the building, but to my tastes the beer was on the average side.

I was happy to find out they have options for people who aren't super into beer, my beer-loving friends really seem to like the beer, the cooperation with the food trucks in the parking lot is great, and the bar tender today got a very shy dog to accept a treat from him which was completely adorable :)

I love this place so much. The staff are so friendly and efficient. If I had one complaint, it would be the lack of malty winter type beer. A nice amber ale or a stout. Something creamy and malty for the winter months.

My faves- Farmhouse Ale and Belgian Blonde…..and out back, the food truck Burger on Point- Awesome wings- crispy, golden, just the way they should be!! My husband and I were married here in Sooke two years ago, and we return every year for our anniversary and his birthday- this is our go-to afternoon chill after hiking the Sooke potholes….highly recommend it all!!!! Thank you Courtney and Seth for an afternoon to remember 💚

Excellent beer. Sampled a flight including their rice lager, IPA, saison, and dopplebock. All for beers were delicious and the dopplebock is unquestionably the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend visiting if in the area.

An obligate stop when u are in sooke! Or crossing They offer craft beer, very decent price and also if u are hungry they have 2 food trucks on the side so is perfect place for the beer lovers like me ?one thing is the offer Belgian style so im in love now.

Warm friendly service here, the server recommended which beers to sample based on taste preferences which is always great. Had a nice selection in our flight so bought a growler to take away too. Very interesting designed space inside and out, with an outdoor patio too.
