I would not recommend this place if you require any form of mental health support.

I was in crisis when I was diagnosed with a medial issue. I went in and was told if I booked an appointment in Langford I would be able to get up to 8 free sessions. I did that and upon returning a few weeks later they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about. I returned a few weeks later and paperwork could not be found and I also wasn't in the system.

I returned several times asking for updates over the course of a few months and was told time and time again I would be contacted within a day or so.

The person at the front desk was clearly frustrated with the lack of professionalism from the other staff and she was genuinely trying to make it happen. It never did.

Months went by and after not hearing from them I finally gave up and went with someone else. When someone is in mental crisis the last thing they need is the feeling that the people they're looking to for help can't remember who you are, don't care to get back to you, lose your paperwork, and give you the impression they don't have a clue what they're doing.

I can't recommend using them for your mental health needs.
