This is hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to, in my 30 years of eating at Subway. The staff are absolutely incredible. Friendly, remember their customers, fast, efficient, care about the food they’re preparing, the quality is always amazing and they always have ample staff on, so even when there’s a lineup you never wait. A great experience every time I go. I’ve never written a review for a fast food place before, but this place has left an impression!

By far the cleanest, well lit Subway in the entire Victoria & area. The Sooke Subway is the best subway I’ve ever been to! They check all the boxes for a good restaurant establishment PERFECTLY. Also all there employees seem very experienced, and the older Asian lady, and the young man working there are super friendly. I really like this subway it’s the best!
Parking: I don’t drive, I take transit and bike/walk, but at Evergreen Mall in sooke (where this Subway is located) there is a free parking lot with lots of parking spots, and they even have a few spots to lock up a bike!

Parking: I can usually park right outside their door, so I can allow my dogs to watch me inside, from open roof of my car, lol
Me and my dad went for some late night food today and the service we got from Jackson was incredible! Not only did he make great sandwiches but he was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Definitely the best service we’ve had at a restaurant in a while (:
Tonight we went to our Local subway. They young man behind the counter was by far the best experience we had. However the older female assisting with sandwiches was the rudest, most unprofessional women I have met in a long time. My friend order three sandwiches. She completed his sandwiches and ratherthen changing her gloves wiped them off with paper towel and started handling my sandwich. When I asked if she actually did that she told me it was my fault and I should I have told. I advised her in my years never had someone not change their gloves. She got upset that I made her change the gloves and remake my sandwich she refused to continue my stomach and served other customers.Those gloves are not ment to be worn for dozens of sandwiches and by not changing gloves they continue to put their clients at risk. It is also making the way more of issue as they continue to mix hot items within the other topping.I am beyond shocked and disappointed with this lady and what she is teaching the other staff.
