Me and my dad went for some late night food today and the service we got from Jackson was incredible! Not only did he make great sandwiches but he was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Definitely the best service we’ve had at a restaurant in a while (:
Tonight we went to our Local subway. They young man behind the counter was by far the best experience we had. However the older female assisting with sandwiches was the rudest, most unprofessional women I have met in a long time. My friend order three sandwiches. She completed his sandwiches and ratherthen changing her gloves wiped them off with paper towel and started handling my sandwich. When I asked if she actually did that she told me it was my fault and I should I have told. I advised her in my years never had someone not change their gloves. She got upset that I made her change the gloves and remake my sandwich she refused to continue my stomach and served other customers.Those gloves are not ment to be worn for dozens of sandwiches and by not changing gloves they continue to put their clients at risk. It is also making the way more of issue as they continue to mix hot items within the other topping.I am beyond shocked and disappointed with this lady and what she is teaching the other staff.

They spend all their time here gaming their own franchise system by always marking themselves closed so they don't have to participate in specials/discounts. Why be a franchisee if you're not going to play along?
I am not much of a Subway fan. With that in mind, the serive was excellent, and the sub had ample toppings. I would go back!
