Not impressed by small child left unattended in the lobby while the mother works her shift, very dangerous and clearly annoying to the petro as the child runs freely between both sides of the store causing troubles. There’s ALWAYS flies on the food in the donut case and on the bagels, the attitude from the staff is always terrible. (They’re clearly miserable here) and the coffee always tastes sour.

Great service. Special shoutout to a staff who's name is Henson (I think that's how you spell it), amazing service and good memory to always remember customer's favorite drink.
Just double-check your food and drinks before driving away and my coffee taste different everything although I order always the same for the past 20 years .......

Worst Tim Horton on the island. The morning team at least make the orders properly 1 time out of 2 but the weekend team definitely needs more training as we never had our orders made 100% accurately. Their is one staff is particular that that put the ego in their work and does not admit when they are makibg a mistake so the whole team have to work double to cover. At least they are trying to fix the mistakes, ... with a 75% success rate. Drive an extra 5 minutes and go in the one in Sooke town.

Great service, kind staff, courteous wait time! 100% I witness a customer be incredibly disappointed in his order but he appeared to be disappointed all of the time and took it out on the staff here. They didn’t do anything wrong! Dark male dark suv disrespectful to staff July 6 12pm
