Honestly, worst customer service ever. All you hear the second you pull up is a flat “What can I get you?”—no friendliness at all. And why are you making everyone park? You’re a drive-through. If I wanted to park and wait, I would’ve gone inside.
I ordered a grilled cheese and two drinks and still got told to park. It’s ridiculous.
Maybe try some customer-service training, especially being in a small community. And please, keep your drive-through operating like an actual drive-through.

I was in the store and got a coffee ☕️ to go and bought the Raspberry filled Donut 🍩 So fresh and delicious. When I bit into it the icing sugar just exploded. I went wow ! I really wanted the new one the round Baileys ‘ flavored. Missed it by one customer. I told the young man the caramel one gets stale and I didn’t want it. I chose the Raspberry instead. My absolute favorite is Maple 🍁 Dip. DISCONTINUED I loved it but perhaps no one else did

The two girls, Hailey and Paris were super wonderful, cheerful, hard working and always make my day. The workers at this Tim Hortons in Sooke are always so upbeat and friendly. The Ice Caps they make are perfect.
