Sorrento pizza & ice-cream

This dude absolutely stuffed the hell out of my cone down to the last bite almost. Cone as completely packed full of ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. Man does his job well and takes pride in it.

Pizza was really very delicious 😍 have been living in this town for 2 years, but I never tried this pizza before. Honestly, I don’t know why I waited so long! The taste was amazing, fresh, and full of flavor.

Best pizza in town! We tried the butter chicken slices from Sorrento Pizza and Ice Cream — absolutely worth it. Amazing atmosphere, great vibe, and the perfect place to enjoy a bite. Highly recommend

I wish I took a picture to share… My husband and I both got double scoops and they were so small they looked like an average single scoop anywhere else I’ve ever been! And we eat a lot of ice cream. Also the waffle cones are super thin and cheap. Definitely not worth the money to return…

Their cheese pizza was extremely delicious, it had a quality crust, a flavorful sauce and tasty cheese😋. Each slice was a piece of heaven❤️.

We’re a family from Alberta, passing through Sorrento on our way to the coast, when we stumbled upon Sorrento Pizza and Ice-Cream on Google. At first, we were a bit unsure—some of the recent reviews weren’t the best—but we decided to take a chance. And I’m so happy we did, because what we experienced was far beyond what we expected.

We ordered two pizzas: BBQ Chicken and Chicken Bacon Ranch. They were incredible—perfectly baked, loaded with toppings, fresh, hot, and full of flavour. You could tell the ingredients were good quality, and the crust had that perfect balance of crisp and softness.

The shop itself is a cozy little place with a charming local vibe. It's nothing fancy, but it has a welcoming feel to it—like a classic roadside gem. You can tell it’s run with care and pride. It’s located conveniently off the highway, easy to spot, and clearly a spot locals love and travelers should discover.

But the real highlight of our visit was Joe, the young man working there. We showed up about 5 minutes early, and Joe, thinking he had kept us waiting (which he didn’t at all), kept apologizing and treating us with so much kindness and humility. He didn’t just give us great service—he made us feel like guests, not customers.

I told Joe I would be back, and I meant it. I didn’t have a Google account before this, but I asked my daughter to help me make one—just so I could write this review.

I order the family deal over the weekend. I ignore the bad reviews and the fb rants I seen about this place as there was mix reviews some good and some bad and I wanted to support local. I seen a very great review with a taco pizza that looked loaded. This is far from what I received. Both pizza looked the exact same except one had barely any lettuce drizzled on top , it was so thin and cheaply put together. The family deal came with wings that were clearly old and just deep fried.they had a gamey taste i couldn’t even eat them. Being local with not many options to eat out… sorrento pizza and ice cream please do better !

We ordered three pizzas and were extremely disappointed — all three were so badly burned on top they were indistinguishable. When we called to let them know, we didn’t receive an apology or any offer of a refund. Very poor customer service and quality.
