Don't go here if you can't or choose not to eat gluten or dairy. I asked the woman who owns the store, if she has any items without gluten and dairy. She said "no" in a very friendly voice and smiled at me. I asked for a coffee. I can't have soy, so I asked for almond milk. She said she had run out. When she checked her oat milk, it had gluten. I was polite during this whole process, but I was surprised. I understand it's a small store and not a chain like Starbucks, but I have been to smaller cafes who make the effort and have at least 1-2 bakery items for individuals with allergies. I'm also assuming they keep a larger stock of alternative milk than her. When I politey said "thank-you" and went to leave, she gave me a big smile, laughed and made a comment about this not being the place to come to if one has allergies. She wasn't rude, but I felt off by her comment. It's hard to explain what I felt. There's been a few rare times when I have been to an establishment and they don't have anything I can eat. It's not as if I'm expecting them to say sorry, but each time they have shown regret in some way, shape or form, which I appreciate. Instead, she just laughed and made a joke. It made me feel like she was making light of the fact that millions of people have gluten and/or dairy allergies and would appreciate alternatives. It also made me feel like with her over laughing and smiling she was trying to take the attention off of her not being able to provide people like me something to eat. Being overly friendly, laughing and smiling won't make people forget that you can't accomodate.

Dietary restrictions: I love the baked goods but I have to avoid them. They do make delicious soups, sandwiches and wraps as well though.
Recommended dishes: Biscotti
The deli is outstanding - sandwiches, treats (Nanaimo Bars) and of course biscotti. Best of all is "DOGGIE BISCOTTI !!!" This is the ultimate dog treat. Your dog (in my case dogs) will do anything you ask if they know they are getting biscotti.
Our dogs have a choice of the best of Bosley's (kangaroo, liver, duck, peanut butter) but they will beg and cry for "BISCOTTI."

I swung by Notti Biscotti recently, and boy, was it a treat! From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh coffee hit me, making me eager to dive into their goodies.Their spread of baked goods was impressive, with all sorts of cookies, pastries, and other treats calling out to me. I went for a few different biscotti flavors, and they were just perfect – crispy outside and soft inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. And let's talk about the coffee – it was seriously good stuff. Rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection, it paired amazingly with my biscotti picks. What I really loved was how everything tasted so fresh and high-quality. You could tell they put a lot of care into making their treats, and it definitely paid off. Plus, the folks working there were super friendly and made the whole experience even better.Overall, Notti Biscotti gets two thumbs up from me. Whether you need a quick snack or want to treat yourself, this place is definitely worth a visit. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Tried first time and taste was pathetic. They are basically cake rusk with nuts on top of it.Almonds were sour in taste and prices are too high. I’ll definitely not be going there again.

One of the best muffins in town BUT when you arrive at 9:30 AM and the muffins haven't even been put into the oven....sorry but its happened a few times and if you're meeting friends for morning coffee and muffins you expect the muffins to be baked - don't think I'll be back
Very expensive and don’t get me wrong I love supporting local places but $15 for 3 small items and they weren’t fresh - very stale loaf, sadly I’m disappointed ☹️
Great food great owners
