Every single time I got at least 1 item is made incorrectly. So disappointed
Great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided quick service. My order was fresh, hot, and made just the way I wanted. The store was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! ☕🍩

Tim Hortons is a comfortable restaurant known for its friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, featuring a small wall fireplace. The restaurant is conveniently situated near shopping areas and the city center, with ample parking space. The variety of food items, such as timbits, donuts, and bagels, may sometimes be limited or picked over. The manager is approachable and will address any issues. The restaurant is clean and fairly new, with an outdoor patio and indoor fake fireplace, offering a nice view of the surrounding mountains.
Customers have praised the staff for their kindness and genuine care, with one reviewer highlighting the exceptional service provided by a staff member named Sunila, who explained the rewards program in detail and made the visit memorable. Another customer appreciated Diya, who was patient and kind, ensuring they received great service. While the food quality is standard for Tim Hortons, some reviews mention occasional issues like order accuracy, such as coffee with milk being mistakenly prepared with cream. The staff's polite and caring attitude often makes up for minor inconveniences. The restaurant is a recommended stop on Highway 3, especially appreciated for its quick service at the drive-thru, despite occasional waiting times. Overall, the experience is enjoyable, thanks to friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
