We stopped by on our way back from Whistler for dinner. Our 6yr old wanted pizza and we spotted it from the highway.. The food was excellent. Thr best drinks we had to date in Canada and the service was even better.

Around 3 PM on 30th December 2025, we ordered Fettuccine Jambalaya pasta from Squamish location for takeout and clearly specified that we wanted ONLY chicken and shrimp, no other meat. The employee taking the order repeated it back correctly, so we trusted it was understood.
After leaving the restaurant, we later discovered pork sausage in the pasta and meat(which is not chicken)on the garlic bread, which was completely unacceptable. We also checked the online menu, and nowhere does it mention that the garlic bread contains meat. Realistically, no customer would ever assume garlic bread comes with meat unless it is clearly disclosed.
This is a serious issue because consuming pork is against our religious beliefs, and for others, undisclosed ingredients like this could also be an allergy concern or a serious health risk. Situations like this can potentially lead to severe medical consequences, and restaurants have a responsibility to clearly communicate ingredients.
When we called the restaurant, the employee (Eva), not sure if it’s the same employee who took my order, didn’t even know there was meat on the garlic bread and pork in pasta, and had to check with the chef while on call. Instead of apologizing, she argued that we should have read before ordering.
Because of the seriousness of the issue, we drove nearly 100 km back to the restaurant around 10 PM to resolve it. When we asked for a refund and compensation (for the time and travel wasted), the employee who took my order along with her co-worker was present at front desk were making faces and dismissive expressions while we were speaking, also told us to “shut up” and threatened to call 911. We told her to go ahead, as she was being verbally abusive instead of fixing their mistake.
She then called her manager. There were 2 people on the call. While the person, guess it’s the manager (Nitin) was polite, another person (name was not disclosed) on the call was extremely rude and said, “Take your refund and get lost. This is our property.” We returned the food, took the refund, and asked for staff names, but were told they could not disclose them.
This experience wasn’t just about food, it was about lack of transparency, disregard for religious and health concerns, disrespectful behaviour, and complete failure in customer service. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location at all.

Average food. Uninterested service.
Our table was broken. I brought this up to the server. They dismissed this by saying all of their tables were like that. Fortunately, the table didn't collapse, I just couldn't put any weight on it.
I waited a couple days to write this review just to make sure I didn't get food poisoning first.
I don't know, these days Boston Pizza feels dirty and outdated inside.

Slow service, even though it wasn’t busy. Appeared to be familiar run and the members of said family didn’t seem to want anything to do with each other. Only when we began to stand up and put on our coats did the server approach us to ask how our meal was and if we wanted the bill. The food was not fresh and appeared to be thrown together. Kind of a picky thing, but it would be nice to have a purse hook in the washroom stall instead of deodorant. advertisement. Anyway, wish I had read the reviews. Don’t recommend.

We had a party at Boston Pizza, and it was a very bad experience. The service was extremely slow, the food quality was disappointing, and the staff did not seem attentive at all. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience, and it really ruined the party for us.

The Worst service ever in Boston Pizza restaurants. We visited this restaurant today on Christmas, which is also our wedding Anniversary, to have a good experience, but after a great long day of fun, THIS Boston Pizza restaurant ruined our day. It was such a pathetic experience. The servers were literally treating us as if they are feeding us for free. I am so happy that Boston Pizza in Nordal Way Surrey does not treat it's customers like this. The food was great, as always, but the service ruined everything. Never coming back here ever. I left hungry, wanted to order more but couldn't because of bad Service.
Another thing I wanted to mention, the Manager was the one with the Worst behaviour. When I informed her about the behaviour of her and her staff and that how they ruined our Christmas and Anniversary, she went in the back and started laughing on us, which was more than being disrespectful.

OMG. This is the level of service you provide. We have been to other Boston pizzas and the service we got was exceptional. The girl serving us was literally making faces and didn't attend us to ask even once if we need anything after we placed our order. When we mentioned to this to one of the girl's, she didn't care to bother once and brought us our bill. You guys just ruined our anniversary. They were going to every other table to get the order, not just us. Finally, your manager came and she was like okay, the girl did check on you. Look at her attitude man, never coming her again!!
Really slow service. No waters, no drink refills. Food took more than an hour to come out. Other diners leaving half eaten plates. Customers walking to uncleared tables to retrieve ketchup because server nowhere to be seen. One washroom out of service. Huge line for the other. Staff uninterested, kitchen seemed empty even on a busy Sunday. Boston Pizza this location is making you look bad

Friday night and wanted to get out for a nice evening, I like going to Boston Pizza... new to the area.... Atmosphere ... The lights are so bright in there its almost blinding, but putting that aside there were no tables for one person to sit at. so I sat at the bar. I waited 15 min before I was even asked what I wanted, I ordered my drink, and was served it and when he went to walk away I said excuse me I would like to order food... He says do you know what you want, or a menu. I would like to see a menu please.... I ordered a Steak Sandwich ,MR with Caesar salad. 20 mins later he brings out ribs and wings and places it Infront of me , I said this is not what I ordered, he says yes it is Medium rare you said... I looked at him like are you kidding.... this is ribs and wings oh oh sorry... he took the plate and gave it to another customer after all of this...I finally got my food , The steak was awesome and of course it was it was a 10 oz NY ... not a steak sand ... but what ever ... I called him over to ask for to go package and ordered cactus cut to go for my son. as he ran buy . I waited for a half hour my plates empty Infront of me... no one asked if I wanted another drink at all...I finally asked the other server to get my bill ... so that I could leave, the original server showed up and put the togo Infront of me and passed me the bill.... I was sooo angry ... I will never be back

Absolutely awful experience. The service was incredibly slow . We sat for about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and we had to ask twice just to get water. The food was cold, bland, and honestly pretty disgusting. Nothing came out fresh, and it felt like no one cared. Definitely not worth the money or the time.

I had a disappointing experience at Boston Pizza in Squamish today. My daughter and I were the only customers in the restaurant, yet the service was noticeably slow. After waiting longer than expected, I went to check on our order and saw the chef scrolling on his phone. What shocked me even more was when he put his phone down and grabbed a handful of cucumbers with his bare hands to place on my daughter’s plate.
This is a serious concern for food safety and cleanliness. I hope management addresses this issue, as this experience has definitely made me to reconsider returning. Last year, on my anniversary dinner, boyfriend found a bug at the bottom of his drink. They offered to make a new drink, but it was obvious they simply removed the bug and returned the same drink.
