I visited this location today at around 11:25 AM to quickly pick up a coffee to go.
I was holding my small dog the entire time — the dog never touched the floor.
As soon as a staff member told me that pets were not allowed inside, I immediately said, “No problem, I’ll take my drink and leave.” I fully respect store policies.
However, another staff member continued to repeat the rule in a very unfriendly manner even though I was already agreeing to leave.
When I simply asked whether my coffee was dark roast, she pointed at the payment terminal and said, “You have to pay,” instead of answering me.
Policies are understandable.
The attitude was not.
A basic level of kindness and respectful communication would have completely changed this experience.
Unfortunately, the interaction today felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

A good variety of sandwiches to choose from at affordable prices and good latte consistently.

Stopped by this morning and unfortunately one of the worst coffee/lattes I've ever had. I got the gingerbread latte and it looked beautiful but it was not drinkable. I ended up having to throw it after 1 sip and got tims across the street because it was so bad. A shame since it cost $7.
I would also not recommend the gluten free breakfast sandwich unless you're starving. It was fine, but for 10$ I would expect more than 1 piece of cheese and 2 slices of baloney tasting meat.
Cute atmosphere and great pastries and coffee thanks

The ideal place for a soothing morning coffee before work. Loved the sandwich I had for a quick snack as well. I absolutely love the vibe of this place, especially because of their very pleasant service and fresh food. Definitely a must try in Squamish.

Thus coffee shop was highly recommended so when we were in Squamish, we had to visit. There’s a huge parking lot with lots of other interesting stores around. The cloudburst Café sells a lot of coffee and other products and we each had a coffee and it was very good. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was nice and clean and quiet. It was a nice place to go and have a quiet visit with a friend. I don’t know if it’s like this all the time, but it was when we went. Right next-door to it is another restaurant and that is a place that’s a little louder. I believe this coffee shop is affiliated with that other restaurant because they share a common washroom. The washroom was quite interesting with the decor. Well, worth a visit if you’re in Squamish.

Nice sandwiches, outdoors places to sit, WiFi (but a little mucky to work with), and power. Overall, great!
