The food was terrible! I got a noodle bowl and the noodles were not fully cooked and stuck together Some broccoli was cooked and some was ice cold The wontons were stale My husband asked them to remake his ice cold wrap that was soggy and soaked through and asked them to grill it and they happily remade and it was still ice cold and soggy and dripping! I won’t eat at freshii again!

I ordered two chipotle cheddar bowl one with tofu and other one with chicken instead of steak but that crazy lady made both tofu even i ask for sweet potato on both, she just add on one. I don’t know where she was lost.

I was so hungry and decided to come and try something from Freshii. I meet with so pretty and friendly girl, her name is Navneet. she prepared chipotle vegetarian bowl for me. So my belly said thanks to her. I am so happy with her service. Thanks a lot for delicious food.
(Edit, It was for the Fresh Slice Pizza shop next door.)Teach some manners to your staff. Good pizza though. I was on a long drive and need to pee before I can order. The stupid lady stopped me as if I am a homeless person ruining her fancy toilet. I will ensure that not only me but whoever i know wouldn’t order pizza from this franchise. Sometimes people have to just go for a leak before they can order.
