“I did not expect delicious Arabic cuisine in Squamish. The restaurant has a simple but elegant decor. Everything is beautifully presented and delicious. The lamb merguez sausage is to die for! It's possibly the most delightful sausage I have ever tasted. The only downside is that they are on the small side. Baba Ganooj is very smooth and fresh, a fitting accompaniment to the sausage. The Tabbouleh would be a bit bland if it weren't for the cranberries elevating it with a trace of tart sweetness, and the potatoes are well seasoned. I recommend stopping by if you pass by Squamish.“
