The first time I visited them.
For a fast food place it is very nice, the food tastes good and with very good prices.

Worst Tuna Poke I’ve ever had…
The bowl had about an inch of sloppy gross liquid at the bottom the was sooo salty! Couldn’t taste anything else… really overpriced and bad value… never going back
I went to eat with a friend yesterday, and to be honest, I was disappointed.
The front staff was nice, but the kitchen staff had the worst attitude.
The people were talking so loud that I couldn't hear the background music at all, and the laughter echoing throughout the store was noisy.
And the language they're speaking isn't English or Japanese, but something like Chinese?
The food was delicious, but it seems like this restaurant is ruining the wonderful image of Japanese culture and etiquette, which is a real shame. There are people who want to enjoy their meal in peace, and that kind of commotion is completely unacceptable.
The customers around me seemed really bothered, and I felt sorry for the customers and small children who wanted to enjoy their meals quietly. Honestly, I can't believe I would pay to eat in such an environment.
The food itself was delicious, so I would have given it a rating of 1, but that was the only saving grace, so I gave it a rating of 2.
Are there really store managers or owners? It's a problem if you're not aware of this situation, and an even bigger problem if you know about it and ignore it. I don't want to go anymore.

Not everyone who serves is friendly, it's not worth going since the sushi isn't the best either. Better to pay more a few meters away and be well served.

We only had one "set" of sushi but it took 20 minutes to prepare even though there weren't that many people. Then maybe there were a lot of take-out orders.
Except that it was delicious and original.
Vegetarian options: Vegan option listed on the menu
Dietary restrictions: The same goes for gluten-free options.

It was a great experience. We came for lunch. Both of our boys are very satisfied. We are a family of four. All of us are full. We spend around $70. Great atmosphere and service. Thank you a lot! Definitely recommend this place!

Nice place. Staff is friendly, service prompt (counter ordering and payment, but they'll bring you your food). Takeout experience is smooth. Had ramen here a few times and been pleased, as well as some donburi bowls. Happy to return

Good general sushi, love the Vegan options - Avo Yam is my fav! Like everything else in this town... prices are on the tad expensive side.
Need better communication between staff, and training on the menu. Chick on the phone didn't know what an Inari was--Passed me to co-worker, called me the wrong name, and had wiped all of my order, so had to start again. Not a big deal, just a heads up for better service.
Dietary restrictions: Few good Vegan options, try the spicy tofu! :)
