I’m not surprised by the negative reviews.we had the same experience, and I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. We walked in at 9:15 and they were immediately irritated. That’s plenty of time before closing, and with nowhere else open, you should expect people to come in. She cut my husband off mid-order to say, “That’s too many sauces. Do you know how difficult it is to add that much sauce? That’s like 16 sauces.” It definitely wasn’t, and no one has ever put a cap on sauces at a Subway before. Then she put jalapeños on my sandwich after I said I didn’t want them. They also started mumbling and snickering about another customer right in front of us. Just a nasty attitude. couldn’t even hide the fact that they hate their Jobs.

Worst service I’ve experienced. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and acted like they hated their jobs. They were also speaking in another language making fun of a customer who walked in after us, thinking no one would understand. We were there an hour before closing, so there was no reason for the attitude. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

it was a beautiful day, in summer, 2025. it all went wrong when my friend suggested we stop at — subway. we walk in and are greeted by the employees — stating at us, like we just ruined their day by walking in. no “hi”, no “hello”, as we walked up to the counter — silence. we ask to split a footlong sub, as how they show in all subway advertisements, “spilt a sub with a friend” but no. that’s when all hell broke loose. she indubitably rolled her eyes at us, and still has said absolutely nothing. as we go on with the order she looks more and more agitated as we go on. what? you hate your job? just say that. from start to finish no words have been said by the employee. what is this? if i wanted to make a sandwich with no words spoken i would have just made a sandwich at home. as absolutely appalled i was, we decided to sit at the subway to eat our food. laughter — is all we hear behind us coming form the counter. obviously talking about us. are we your entertainment? i’ll give you two something to talk about. and i’ll let you argue on who this review is about, but honestly all of the employees that work there are on — something. yikes.

The service here is absolutely terrible. I've been several times now and can say that it doesn't matter who is working, the service is always terrible. No eye contact, no customer service skills at all. The girl today looked high, her eyes were literally half shut and red.
