first time was great. second time ordered a bubble tea with tapioca. person working gave us "poppers" instead. didn't tell us, when I pointed it out just said "sorry tapioca isn't ready yet".
pretty lame, could have just told us and likely we would have come back, instead made the drinks, charged us full price and even wrote "tap" on the drinks despite there being no tapioca.
We stopped by on a whim and this place is seriously worth a visit! The girl who helped us was amazingly friendly and gave us the best recommendations for flavours. We were so overwhelmed with how amazing everything looked. All four of our flavours were huge crowd pleasers. We will definitely be back.
I’m addicted to their Bubble tea. The honeydew in particular.
I haven’t tried anything else, but the tea is rich in flavour. I’ve also dealt with at least 3 different staff members in the times I’ve gone and they were all great. Highly recommend.
