Gigi's Gourmet Gyros and Gelato

I’m addicted to their Bubble tea. The honeydew in particular.
I haven’t tried anything else, but the tea is rich in flavour. I’ve also dealt with at least 3 different staff members in the times I’ve gone and they were all great. Highly recommend.

Service was great and the gelato is fantastic. So many flavours and the section of vegan / dairy free is the best around. Keep it up. A new favourite when we’re visiting in the Okanagan.

We have loved everything we've gotten from Gigi's so far! Gelato is so delicious and creamy. Even tried some of the vegan options and the flavor was great. They filled our cups up really full it was plenty for the price. Milk shakes are awesome too!

A 15 minute wait for 1 drink. The boba was disappointing. They also did not have what I originally ordered.
They did make me a new drink but I would stick to their gelato instead.

The vegan ice cream and sorbet is AMAZING. So many flavors to choose from and they're not icy or leave a weird film in your mouth like alot of sorbet does. The sour cherry and lemon pie are bomb.

If you're getting food, make sure you have a decent amount of time. The young girls working there are doing their bests but when its busy it can take quite a long time because they have so many different things to do at once. I wouldn't go on my lunch break there unless its dead.

Will definitely be back for more ice cream!

Came here twice now... First time, the girls working the counter looked at each other like I was some kind of creep when I asked if they had stracciatella as a gelato flavour. I didn't know that was such an unreasonable question? It’s like going to a pizza shop and they think you’re insane for ordering pepperoni.

Second time we came as a family 15 minutes before they closed, and the staff was visibly annoyed when we ordered 4 cups of gelato. My wife tried to break the tension by saying “oh do you want us to leave?” to which the girl at the counter responded “actually, yeah.” I wish that writing this was me stretching the truth, but that’s literally what was said.

Overall, the gelato here is decent, but the customer service is really hard to look past.

We are usually very happy about going here. However yesterday around 4pm, we left disappointed with the way the lady staff spoke down to an elderly lady and ignored her for too long after she orders a poutine. We sat to talk to the elderly lady and she was so sweet. She left with zero meal after telling staff she was hungry! After I went to ask for a spoon, because the baby threw the last one on the floor, I was met with attitude! I found myself apologizing? I hope this staff member could be let go so we can continue enjoying this wonderful little spot! I’ll definitely not go in if she’s working! What a shame!!!!

So impressed to see vegan and gluten free options. I had the vegan mint chocolate chip, it was just delicious! So many options too, I had a hard time choosing!
I would have given 5 stars for 'atmosphere' but I felt uncomfortable witnessing the way management was addressing the younger employees, as we felt very satisfied with the service we received from them.

Mmmm the blood orange sorbetto is amazing!!! Not as impressed with the bubble tea though. I had a taro milk bubble tea and the use slushy ice which dilutes the drink . So it was flavourless. If the owner sees this review I suggest offering the bubble teas with or without the slushy ice.
UPDATE: We returned again to get some of their delicious sorbetto and I tried the bubble tea again. This time it was much better.
