777 Pizza & Fritou Fried Chicken

We went there with family almost a month ago we ordered foods . After one and half hour (1.5) we did not received our ordered food. Excuse was we are working on it. I never seen this kind of bad service. We left restaurant with out eating.

Food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Give extra time for food prep if dining in. Weekend evenings are very busy.

Very nice food and fresh, not spicy enough, they have three restaurants in one, Karachi Flame for desi food, 777 for pizza, and Fritou for fast food, ambience is very basic can be better, but we were there for food which is worth a try, I don't know why there half Chicken karahai is so expensive comparing to other restaurants. Service is also good can improve a bit too but the staff is very friendly and active.

Beef biryani was raw and it wasn’t tasty at all. The potatoes were not even cooked properly. When I complained for that, they didn’t accept it so it was not my first time but I will never come to this restaurant again. Worst food and customer service

Order from there today a small pizza and burgers. Was told 15-20 mins ended up waiting about a little less then a hour. Burgers were cold by the time the pizza came out. Employee stayed in the back rather then coming out and apologizing. Made me want to ask for my tip back.

They lying to me I’m not happy from them
I ordered pizza they said we are closing at 10 you can’t eat pizza inside in restaurant then I said I wanna cancel pizza they said you can’t cancel it then I said ok no problem I will come for pick up they said it’s take 25 minutes they took money from me but
It’s take one half hour only for 2 pizzas it’s not a business like this
They waste my time ………!!
