i think most people don't understand that this is a catering business not a restaurant. you can order stuff for take out but mainly they provide lunches and premade meals for people to take home. it's not that they won't serve you if you aren't korean, most non koreans just don't understand that it's not a restaurant. also the woman doesn't really speak much english so it's probably just very confusing to communicate with those who are thinking it's a normal takeout restaurant.the food is pretty good, the kimchi you can buy in containers, and the prices are very reasonable.

Went to try this restaurant. I asked for menu because they look they they are closed for dine in, so we can order takeout instead. I was told its For “member” only but doesn’t disclose it in any sign. Reading review below, you can actually order take out?! Didn’t serve us at all. Sus.

My wife & daughter stopped by at this restaurant and was told it’s for membership only. I called and clear things out and was told it’s for “Koreans only”. What a great way to discriminate your customers without putting a sign at your store front saying “no other group of people allowed here but Koreans”. If there’s a zero star, I would be happy to rate it that way!
