accidentally ordered a chicken burger with bacon. I meant to say it was my fault for not being able to eat bacon. But they didn't ask any questions and made me a new burger without bacon. I was so touched. It's a really great restaurant. The owner is lucky to have such an employee. It's 5:31 PM on November 14, 2025. Thank you, buddy.

I went to this location and noticed the worker in the kitchen using his bare hands to handle the food. He was putting together hamburgers. Holding the buns with his bare hands and holding it while spreading condiments with a knife. Then placing onions, lettuce tomato and pickles with his bare hands. Only using tongs for the beef paddy. Then placing them into the paper burger bags with his bare hands. Then went back to work opening boxes and things in the kitchen... Ready to eat foods are prohibited to be handled with bare hands after they've been cooked or washed. Staff should use tongs, deli tissues, or gloves when handling them..

We have been to a LOT of A&Ws and this one outranks them all! The staff is super friendly and so efficient and good at their jobs! If we have a choice we always go to the a and w near superstore!
