I don't remember the name of the lady who was serving at the counter yesterday evening, she welcomed with a smile and my order got delayed as someone had mistakenly taken my order and she apologized for it and gave complimentary fries to compensate for it.. Friendly service. I usually love A&W onion rings but they gave me burnt ones and not the first time. Not sure why they couldn't give me fresh ones. Instead they gave me an extra Spicy Chipotle wrap. Maybe to distract me from what I was craving?
