Imagine getting the order wrong 95% of the time. Rude pushy staff, Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. The last 2 years have been awful. Please turn over your staff. We don’t want incompetent people taking our orders and making our food. Canada deserves better!

By far the most disgusting and rude incompetent service from any A&W location I used to love this place but there’s this female at the till (brown) that’s absurdly rude and the worst customer service, the male in the kitchen can’t cook a burger to save his life. And they reuse old stale fries. Honestly start giving people employment that care about the companies values and show proper customer service. The workers are atrociously rude and terrible at simple tasks. Like seriously do better A&W.

The service at this place is absolutely pathetic. They managed to screw up my order twice in a row, which honestly takes effort. The first time, I got the wrong burger, a smashed-up mess that tasted like complete garbage, and a batch of cold, stale fries that were clearly sitting around forever. I went back to have it fixed, and instead of actually correcting the problem, they somehow made it worse. (Not to mention there was nobody in the drive thru line)!!! They gave me the right burger this time, but it still tasted like trash, and they reused the exact same cold fries instead of making fresh ones. That alone shows how little they care about food quality or customers. This location is right by my house, and every single time the same two employees are working, one in the kitchen (male) and one at the front (female) the order is wrong and the food is terrible. Every. Single. Time. This isn’t a coincidence, it’s straight-up incompetence and laziness. These workers should not be employed here. They deliver the worst service and worst food quality I’ve ever experienced at a fast-food place. It’s honestly embarrassing. This company seriously needs to start hiring people who actually care about customer service and basic standards. If this were my business, I would never keep employees who so blatantly don’t care about the company or the customers they’re supposed to serve.
Every time I order on their app, they mess it up. Today was the last straw. I tried ordering breakfast but the app crashed during ordering. When I rebooted it, it went through. Then half an hour later, it arrives - two whole orders! Why wouldnt they call to confirm? So much wasted food. $120 gone. I’m so upset I don’t even want to eat it. I would take it back right now but have no car. I’ve tried calling but it just rings and rings and rings. What a scam. Never going to this location again and I had been going regularly since it opened. The hash browns were covered in grease.

I guess they clean their milkshake machine sometime before 8:30 pm.
Tried stopping by on multiple occasions over the last couple months for a burger, shake and fries after work and keep being told they dont have vanilla shakes. But they have fruit shakes for some reason.
