Burgers are always fresh here. As a Christmas event, they had a DJ, Santa Claus, and even the A&W bear came out! It’s awesome to see that all the proceed is going to Canadian Cancer Society. Santa even had a gift for all the kids!

The gurl may be harjinder who was working on 23 dec at around 4:10 am at drive thru was so disrespectful and dont know how to talk and take the orders politely. Zero customer service and moreover was wearing earpods which is not allowed either i think. Overall, food was good but ofcourse she spoiled our day.

If you like your food hot don’t bother coming here. Served cold food after waiting 10-15 minutes for it, claimed it was made ‘fresh,’ I called right away to inform them, staff kept arguing with me but finally agreed to replace the order, went later that day as we agreed and staff again continued to blame me for the cold food I didn’t prepare. My replacement order was lukewarm. There’s some serious issues with what the staff consider to be hot (lukewarm/cold) and what is hot, as well as issues with the staff attitude. I wouldn’t waste my time calling and coming back if my food was fine (not even great, just fine because that’s how low my standards are for fast food), but when the food is exceptionally poor, accept the feedback. Won’t be going back, not worth the headache and arguing from staff. Fraser Health should probably do an inspection to make sure their kitchen equipment isn’t malfunctioning if this is this location’s idea of ‘hot.’

Freezing! The food and customer service is great, however there is no heating in the sitting areas at all, you will feel your feet frozen after sitting there to have a dine in breakfast meal at this time of the year
