I have told the staff many times their floors needed a rug a runner rug never listened people are slipping and falling and hurting they just completely ignore there's a couple of Staff in there management women are terrible very selfish I'll never go back there again I've seen old men almost fall down they didn't care the floor was wet I've seen a guy in front of me almost rip out his knee because the floor was wet these people don't care if you ask me stay away from there thank you

Their drive through is the slowest I have ever seen! It takes more than 10 mins to make two junior burgers when the place was empty.
15988 Fraser hwy...Classic bacon and eggs is NEVER right! 8 times out of 10 there is no ketchup in the bag even though I ask for it and they even repeat it! I ask for my eggs over medium and they are usually over hard or have runny white as in undercooked! The bacon is seldom etable because it's always under cooked and taste terrible! The toast is NOT toast! So many times over the years I've complained that one side is just bread and I can't believe that they usually ask if I wanted it toasted on both sides LOL What a joke! The hash browns are seldom etible because they are old stale and hard! I ask for a small coffee but almost always get a large which I DO NOT WANT! When I tell them at the window they NEVER offer to exchange it for a small as I ordered!. I ordered a whistle dog at the drive through once with just mustard and ketchup and the smart assed employee said "so you just want a hot dog then" lol Bottom line is I'm sick and tired of the sloppy managment, staff training and food quality so will never go back after being a local and loyal customer at that location for decades!

I recently visited A&W 15988 fraser highway and I have to say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my dining experience was top-notch. I ordered the teen burger and the presentation was beautiful, and each bite was better than the last. I will definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend this a&w location to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
