I love this place so much but the service some time is not ok. I come here on my break time and its only 30 minutes. I order through app as at that time dine in is closed so only online orders are accepted. But when i reach there to pick up the order the doors are closed and both of the employees are sitting there. I mean i get you guys have to take breaks to but you guys can take breaks like after each other. I waited for 25 minutes and when I finally got my order I don’t have time to eat as my 30min break is gone. So thank you i have to wait untill my shift is over and eat it cold 👍🏻

My mom went today August 26 2025 and asked if she can use the A&W coupon that was not expired and was eligible for the location. But the workers said they don’t accept the coupons for some reason they did not specify exactly. So my mom walked out quite unhappy with the service.

This place is open 24 hours which is more than you can say for the SkyTrain station next door. Buddy Burgers, Teen Burgers and Uncle Burgers are all good for their respective prices. Really recommend their coffee and their root beer. The fries are also good. They serve breakfast eggs etc. to order so a good place to stop and load up on your commute
