This specific location is the worst A&W in whole Surrey . Zero quality no taste , no hygiene. It’s been six months eating at this outlets but not a single item taste good , no idea what’s wrong with this outlet. They don’t really know the importance of A&W , they are ruining the name of A&W in Surrey

Today I visited this location at 12:30 and the experience was horrible because of untrained staff the 2 girls who work there at night are so rude I ordered one masala veggie burger and a chicken wrap and specifically mentioned to put extra peri peri sauce but both of them were no serious at there work and just talking to each other and laughing plus the girl with glasses who made my burger toasted my buns 10 minutes before making my burger I think the store manager should take a serious action on both of them because this thing is happened with me second time with same girls or otherwise management just change the staff, at last I want to say that Surrey centre mall staff is much better than this location and their customer service is so fast and excellent.

I ordered masala veggie burger and said no tomato but they added tomato and i went again to change that then i noticed they put white onions instead of red onions there were two girls standing who addresses my problem then those girls started blaming me that this location only got white onions i said that then you have to tell this thing no one knows without telling but that girl starts arguing that you should check your burger you should know what kind of service is this i also work in food industry we never did this to customers , ridiculous Extremely Poor service
