Superb experience every time we visit this location next to King George Station. The staff are always warm and friendly. A breath of fresh air. I hope this kind of customer service stays and be implemented in the other branches of A&W.

*Cashier makes burger with bare hands…
Uhm… I ordered a burger at night when the store was really slow, and I made eye contact with the worker who was preparing my burger with her bare hands. Not to mention that she was the cashier who received my order, and another staff who was dressed up as a kitchen staff was stepping aside and somehow the cashier was making food with bare hands. She was putting the lettuce wrap together without gloves, and even after we made eye contact, she continued and still handed me the food. 🤣 maybe all the great taste came from her hands

Not sure what happened,but this location did 180 for the better. Fresh food, friendly service, staff clean the place constantly. Food used to be stale, cold… but I guess management changed in the past year? Now it’s the best a&w in the city.
If they only got the frosted mugs… everything would be perfect.
