Best A&W i have ever visited. Customer service is great and the dining is so clean that never experienced in any A&W. They provided table number which is a great idea and helps the staff to remember the order. Front desk staff Hardeep helped us with order in a very polite and respectful manner. Loved the experience. ✨

Worst service I have in my life, don’t ever ever get the order right. I have ordered no cheese every time and each time they fail I come back with more directions on how to not put cheese on my burger (I know it sounds silly because “no cheese” isn’t a hard request) but yet every time they put cheese on my burger. I have ordered multiple times on uber eats and get the wrong food by a mile, is anyone that works here competent? It is really not a hard job, half your job is on the computer punching things in, I’m genuinely curious how these people get hired! The order I just got tonight which was supposed to be 2 chicken sandwiches was instead two beef burgers , and some how… 2 burritos added aswell!?!

the quality of service have dropped significantly ever since the renovation. Longer wait for food and service to the point it can't be called fast food. its unfortunate that the service does not meet the food and atmosphere standard.

Workers dont understand english and took 15 minutes for 1 combo in the drive through, told me to go inside but had the doors locked so i had to stand by the drive through window to get my food
I ordered three burgers and fries on the side. Fries were loaded with salt and were not appropriate for eating.

Took 15 minutes JUST to order in the drive through. Then, when we got to the mic to order, it took 5 minutes JUST waiting for them to answer so we COULD order.
Through the windows, while waiting, we saw at LEAST 3 women talking and joking, clearly NOT helping the 2 others actually doing work.
