This location was at South Fraser , Abbotsford , Rainy day and we decided to dine in. Service ok, Cashier knew what we wanted, we had a coupon , I asked if we can switch to Mozzarella cheese instead of Cheddar and instead of bacon substitute it to mushrooms as both burgers were supposed to be Teen burgers (no bacon ) and with Mushrooms , one was done right and my husband's sandwich didn't have tomatoes or lettuce , he was quite disappointment , I went to get ketchup but noticed the Ketchup pump was dirty and had white stuff , (mold) in the ketchup pump, it was mentioned to the cashier but during our entire meal no one came to clean the ketchup pump or the tables.

I had a great experience at this A&W location. I used a gift card to get a delicious burger & I was pleasantly surprised, when they also offered me a refreshing glass of water. The burger was flavorful, fresh & satisfying, just like I expected. The staff were friendly & the service was quick. It was a pleasure to visit A&W for a tasty meal & I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the water. I’ll definitely be back to this location 😍

Worst A&W I've ever been to. Absolutely disgusting in here. Tables just brushed off with dry napkins. Orders incorrect. Grey chicken strips. This lady kept sweeping by my table while I ate.

I was most upset and I m at regular customer, I entered at 11.01 and was told classic breakfast stopped a minute ago!!! I went to the next A and W at 11.10am and they happily served the breakfast.
Place order masala veggie burger and fries, burger was fresh but fries are mixed warm and cold, totally different than A&W at 73 and king goerge they bring the food to the table

I ordered 2 times Buddy chicken in a week and both time the chicken petty was unfresh, Hard while eating, taste like very old petty.
