It really hurts me to post a negative review, often I don't because everyones entitled to a bad day, but due to my experience here today I had to submit this. I ordered an Uncle burger $12.38 for the burger alone. For reference last night I had a half korean chicken from across the street that was $15 for half a chicken! I asked for my burger with no mayo. You can see from the photo it was plastered with mayo, spilling onto the tomato and cheese. The lady who took my order asked the "cook" when she grabbed the burger from the slide if it had "NO UNCLE SAUCE" which is what i believe they call their mayo. She said yes, no mayo. I walk over to my office and wham, mayo spilling onto the paper. I felt like walking back over and smearing it on the counter but instead i wiped it off, threw out the top bun and ate. The burger was lukewarm at best. The bacon was the only OK thing on this burger. Yes the beef on an uncle is the biggest thickest they serve but for $12.38 I am completely and utterly dissatisfied. Had there been no mayo I would have been ok with it. I understand inflation, I feel you, but if you expect people to pay this price at least get their order right and at a minimum have it be served hot. For reference my office is right behind this location so it did not get cold on a long walk or anything like that. Maybe with one of the coupons I saw others in line using it may have been ok but at full price, this will prevent me from returning to any A&W when i can get a freshly made smash burger at a proper place for either the same price or a dollar more. Convenience is not worth this price.Dietary restrictions: don't expect them to honor your dietary restrictions. What if i was allergic to mayo?

I ordered a burger at guildford mall and I got it to go. Since I got it to go I ate it in my car, it was stright rubber. So we drive to the nearest a&w to get a refund because that’s disgusting, and they flat out said we can’t do that. I proceeded to show them and they said since different owners own different locations and the one I went to was a different owner, they couldn’t help me. So I got annoyed left and the two girls started laughing at me.super unprofessional and just disgusted.

One of the rare places where you could find a 'Beyond Meat Sandwich' that tastes superb. Other than that, the new entree like Nashville Cruncher Burger is a great choice. It is super succulent and the chicken patty is fried well that makes it crispy.

I'd been avoiding A&W for some time now, but I decided to go in today and this location did not disappoint. The food was done quickly and much higher quality than the majority of my past experiences. Would recommend those looking for A&W to go to this
Hi. I drove by drive through, asked for spicy chicken burger meal. And employee said they’re doing something with the fryer. I am pretty sure when cleaning the fryer, it goes one by one each fryer and filter. Never mind. Girl said only have beef burgers and beyond meat. Time was 3:40am. Todays date.

I usually go here to grab a late, but quick dinner when I've had a long day. (The spicy chicken burger is so good.) Today the credit card machine thing wasn't cooperating for whatever reason and tap wasn't going through on both my card and phone. The employees were very patient and friendly, and finally managed to get tap to work on one of their inner machines.

We love that A&W Canada is committed to good food, not filled with artificial junk. It is still your indulgent fast food, but it has nutritional value. The staff at this particular location was very capable, friendly, and helpful. They also kept the dining area spotless.
