I love A&W so much.I was waiting for this location to reopen and they are back and more better with their service.So I was at the drive thru today and I must say the girl who took my order has so much patience and she is really very sweet.I want her to be appreciated because she is giving her best. I asked her name and I think her name was NAVDEEP she was wearing black shirt and short hair.She was so calm and having a really big and beautiful smile. She made my day Thank you for the great service and food. Will be back again.
They forgot my fries! I paid $3.99 Then they want me to drive back to pick up the fries. They should send a driver to my house with my fries!

One of the dirtiest a&w!! No cleaning! Staff is with no manners at all! Order two beyond meat burgers and took 20 mins! I don’t know if they went to take food from other nation?? And when I asked why took so long and staff was with long face and no concern or explanation!Vegetarian options: Beyond meat

Amazing A&W! My favourite location in Surrey! I'm a regular at this store, can't go to any other A&W after eating at this one! Their onion rings are just *chefs kiss*! So crispy, fresh and well seasoned! Tastes like they always fry them in fresh oil! They also have very friendly staff and the restaurant is never messy!

Normally really good, but this morning I ordered two bacon eggers, two hash browns, and one medium coffee (one cream one sugar). All the food was good, hot and tasty...the coffee itself was good but when I took the first sip of coffee I felt a weird thing touch my lips...turns out it was the tip of a coffee stir stick...glad I caught it and it didn't get into my throat, it could have caused me a hospital visit...please be more careful when making coffee for people.
Cashier at the till she was so nice, friendly and kind. A bit act of kindness just brightens the whole place. Thank you to that lady!It is a location by a busy noisy road by a gas station and there are tables outside and few chairs inside.

We really enjoyed our brief visit thanks to Jagdeep and Harpreet! We have been to a few A&W locations, but the service here was by far the best (and that’s saying a lot, considering it’s in a gas station).
