I went to this location today and i understand that its very busy location but you guys still have no right to be rude with cx . Gurl name samrity… she was the cashier today with lots of attitude. I said hi and she just looked at me and said order and gave me a wired look. Afterthat, she threw receipts at us…. VARY UNPROFESSIONAL . Please be nice guys cuz everybody is going through something and you guys treating cx like that make it even worst for them.

There is one girl name prabhjot at front store on A&W in guildford mall her behavior was very rude and bad she was doing miss behavior with me and with my friends which is not good for customers

Burgers were delivered super fast, but they were super dry. Both the Double Teen and Double Mozza were lacking in juiciness. I didn’t find the sauce to be delicious either. The fries were amazing though. Their whole values and campaign to beat MS are really nice.

Inferior compared to other A&W locations. The burger patty was very overcooked and the burger presentation overall is sad (again, this is comparing to other brick and mortar A&W. Our onion rings looked and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. Would not return to this location.
Oh, and we ordered dine in on the mobile app to "reduce packaging waste" yet our order was given to us in to-go packaging.
