Inferior compared to other A&W locations. The burger patty was very overcooked and the burger presentation overall is sad (again, this is comparing to other brick and mortar A&W. Our onion rings looked and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. Would not return to this location.Oh, and we ordered dine in on the mobile app to "reduce packaging waste" yet our order was given to us in to-go packaging.

Yesterday I ordered a simple meal She did not understand a word I was saying I had to repeat myself 10 times Also waited for more than 20 minutes for my food They were not even wearing gloves picking up things with their hands. I don’t know how these people even get jobs like this if they can’t understand English Never coming back ever again

My younger sister ordered a burger from here and got food poisoning the fallowing morning, poor thing was in the hospital all day.The employees should be more considerate of their customers, what if that was a toddler or senior? the poisoning could kill them.I've been to other A&W's and this one is just plain lazy with thier burgers, never ordering from this location again!

Very poor customer service. Had to wait for more than 25mins to get a small fries and they have given it to a wrong customer. They didn’t even know it until I inquire about it and they never admitted to the mistake they made. Never said sorry or felt sorry. Give some knowledge about good customer service in such situations for these small kids staff.
