Basically the only place I can get an honest to God burger at 6am. They never argue about the menu they just say it'll take a few min longer because they make it all fresh. A&W is so underrated.

I can tell that bun has been sitting in a tray for HOURS. I would rather wait longer for it to be freshly toasted. Keeping English muffins warm is a BAD idea. It was like trying to bite through a bun made of beef jerky.

The Campbell Heights location requires you to park EVERY time when you order in the drive-thru even if there is noone behind you so that they can keep their drive-thru times short. You then end up waiting in the parking lot for another 5-10 minutes waiting for them to deliver you your food with ZERO urgency.

What was displayed on the monitor as a combo was completely different from the burger I received, and the drink and potato were not delivered when I told the seller, he only delivered the drink, and the place was dirty and untidy. owner should increase the more personal of shifts. It is a disaster for the franchise that the customer is not sure about the order he placed. I will never go back there again. The business is not just a temporary sale!!!!!
