This was my first time at A&W and I had a great experience. Pahul helped us with our burgers and he was very kind and helpful. The service was very good and I enjoyed the masala veggie burger a lot. I will come back again for sure.

hy there this store is or was now on favourite bt nt anymore w want there to get food bt the girl lock door before 15 minutes early when i ask it 10 close she is like no u can’t do it order inside it’s closed so rude of them nt going back there again ever een before to thy miss order many times when i call thy ask m hundred questions so so bad pls guys u need to take care of this matter it’s nt right at all

This A&W is like being transported back in time. The service is 10/10. We honestly thought we were being punked didnt seem real at first. The people are so friendly they filled out ketchup for us and brought us napkins. Will be back anytime im in this area!!!

Yesterday (Sept 19, 2025) I got charged $1.50 for a bun substitution. I noticed it later and called the store in the evening — the employee admitted substitutions should be free.

So today (Sept 20, 2025), I went in expecting the issue to be fixed. Nope. Charged again, and the manager KiranJot said to take an apple pie for yesterday instead — like that somehow makes up for overcharging!

This is inconsistent, dishonest, and feels like a scam. Every other A&W I’ve been to gives substitutions for free. Charging customers extra like this is outright theft over $1.50, and the manager clearly doesn’t care about A&W’s reputation.

I have receipts from both days — owners, investigate this immediately. Until then, I warn everyone: don’t get fooled at this location.

TODAY WE TRIED THEIR SPICY PERI PERI BURGER AND CRISPY VEGGIE BURGER WHICH WERE VERY DELICIOUS AND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE ALSO VERY EXCELENT. WE WILL DEFINIATELY COME BACK.
