Horrible.. asked for fresh order of onion rings. What I got was not fresh. Cold as ice soggy and all of the batter was cumbled and falling off.

They took away root beer floats. They give us the food in a tray from the window in the drive through or we have to pay for a paper bag.I know they are clean compared to other fast food chains. #BDS

Came here with my husband after getting jollibee. He is vegetarian and was going to A&W because its a fast food that fits his diet. As I waited for him to order I started eating my food from jollibee in the dining room. Manager walked up to me to tell me to put my food away because im not allowed to eat other foods inside. Really idiotic. Especially it was SUPER busy and my boyfriend was waiting forever in the line. Why doesnt the manager go and help the staff with the big rush instead of wasting time to talk to me? Now i know we are NEVER going here again. Great job for your business, seems like these reviews feel the same about this place. Do better

I just order onion rings. Those were unfresh soggy and kn unperfect shape. I went back to the store i spoke to girl bianca name wrijtten on the name tag she was so rude she said no we made fresh order may be ghey were soggy due to order for put extra seasoning on them. Then we order two perry burgers and spoke to other girl working at front. She said i dont know i dont do work in kitchen. She said you can call to store and do complaint. This was so ridiculous i never face this as i also have one year experience as a a&w employee.
