I had a poor experience at 3:40 pm today , the girl at the front didn’t bother to hand out orders even the kitchen staff said that orders were ready and were handed out after a 10 mintues delay . She didn’t even bothered to wear a nametag . Sometimes kitchen workers were coming to front themselves to hand out orders . If that employee does not want to work here, they should not continue in this position.She needs to improve her speed and work attitude.

Very courteous staff member who helped us. The Nanak veggie burger is a must have. At times they might ask you to wait in the parking to wait for someone to bring your order to your car.

One of, if not the, slowest fast food experiences I have ever had. Don’t bother ordering ahead and in fact, don’t bother stopping here at all if you want to get out within 30 minutes. Can’t pick up inside either so drive thru only. Food was fine.

I love A&W Canada and 99% of The Times my experience in any location is absolutely great. However, this location is run by people that should not even be in the food industry. When I asked for egg white only in my breakfast sandwich instead of ordering like normally they do everywhere, She refused to even ask the kitchen. She said that they were too busy for that and that I would not get it.. when I explained to her that it actually takes less time to cook the egg without the yolk and to please request it she said no, you either get it with a yoke or you don't get it at all. She was rude and absolutely clueless regarding customer service or even cooking procedures . Somebody needs to fire this person!! Or train her properly. Although I have a feeling that even if she was trained she'll still be rude and not fit for customer service. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.

Atleast you guys should be honest with your customers, I have been there for 3-4 times, You guys should hire more staff cause they always use to tell you that they will take 5-7 minutes for your order but you have to wait for 20-25 minutes at drive Thru.
