Atleast you guys should be honest with your customers, I have been there for 3-4 times, You guys should hire more staff cause they always use to tell you that they will take 5-7 minutes for your order but you have to wait for 20-25 minutes at drive Thru.

Routinely has fruit flies inside. They haven't had cold drinks for three days. It's been four days now and they still don't have mushrooms for the Mushroom Mozza burger and yet it's still on the menu. Always slow. I've had enough. Poorest run A&W franchise ever.

Drive thru is so so so slow. There is only one girl who is handling everything. It took 20 mins for 3 burgers . This happened twice thats why I am forced to give this review

I went to A&W for a beyond double mozza with no sauce and lettuce wrap. They seemed to take the order correctly but I endedu up with a single patty and extra sauce and no cheese. It’s really frustrating because I paid more than $9.00 for a burger that was nothing like what I’d asked for. I work hard for my money and it feels like a waste when this type of thing happens. It makes me not want to visit any location because orders aren’t taken seriously and the workers seem careless.

Cold burger no condiments, fruit flies came out of the ketchup. Nothing against the workers inside, very friendly. Franchise owners need to stop using it as a cash cow and actually provide the quality that a&w is known for

I feel so bad for the people who work here , waited 30 mins at the window for my food line behind me in drive through! Lady takes my payment almost crying she’s by herself doing orders and making food people yelling at her like come on stop pretend on immigrant workers and students!! I am sure the owner can afford to have minimum 2 ppl work ?? They don’t get the orders right the only good things is the food is fresh

Today at 7:45pm, the girl who is working at the window had zero customer service and the way she was talking to was rude and she was like she doesn’t wanna work there so she thinks it’s OK to talk to people like that. When i tried to drink coke the lid was open and it fallen on me.
