I have been going to this A and W location for a year now. Service is a hit and miss. The lady Love has been serving me most of the time i am there. Not too happy with her service. I ordered onion rings in replacement of my fries and added extra bacon to my teen burger which i paid extra. I even made sure to ask Love before i left that onion rings were in there and extra bacon was added. Love said yes. By the time i got back to work with my food neither extra bacon or onion rings was in my bag. Just a teen burger with ketchup package. I tried to contact the store but nobody picked up. This hasn't been the first time this mistake happen. Love has been asking patrons for a review on here and i wish before she goes around asking to actually provide a good service. People will provide a good review if your service was fab, no need to plead for one.

I ordered lunch from the uber eats app and I did not get a straw with my drink.Nor did I get any napkins.There was no spot on the uber.Eats app for me to write a note.But it should also be common sense to add those items in the order.These guys are terrible.I would never order from them again

The staff doesn't want to change the drink to coffee with a combo meal coupon. Her excuse is that the store manager doesn't allow to do that. The cash machine allows her to do that. But the store manager doesn't. She said that if she exchanges it, she will be in trouble. Sounds like the store manager is really powerful.
