Took my family there on Sunday afternoon and was disappointed and disgusted to see staff preparing food with bare hands (no gloves at all), handling food and opening drawers at the same time. This raised concerns about food safety. I’d like to know if this is standard practice at A&W.
This location is close to our home and we won’t visit there again unless we’re assured that proper food-handling practices are being followed.

This location doesnt take A&W coupons only the store ones they give you. Weird because everywhere takes the coupons in Canada. The lady with the glasses is just rude. Food is good

Hi, from my Uber Eats order this morning, the bun looked like someone had already taken a bite. I don’t need a refund, but please look into it. My kid sometimes comes by around noon to buy food, so I really hope the food safety standards can be improved.
