I asked for bbq sauce and mayonnaise packets and they didn’t give me any… absolutely unintelligent of these workers, they really need to be disciplined and trained all over again. Honestly, I’m trying to help all customers when I say this… do not come to this location and spend your money on this. Go to a different restaurant

Cannot get half price burgers on app. Must go to store, order and wait. Last time the store didn’t carry the app items. It seems like the app is twice the price and advertised options are not available. Is there any advantage to the app? I’ll delete this frustration. Really don’t need late night burgers.

Had a great deal on Friday and Saturday nights for burgers at 50% off, but just drove by yesterday and that deal is gone. Hope they bring it back again. They only accept one coupon per visit when I went there on Sunday. Went to A&W in Port Kells and spent my $50 there where everything was great. They accepted all my coupons.

This is not the first time i got wrong order, probably the 4th time. She does not eat meat, after clearly mentioning i want a veg burger, they still put meat and my daughter stayed hungry as she took it to school. I ordered over the phone 20 min before getting there for my daughter who had school and when i got there it was not busy but still my order was not ready. What is the point of ordering over phone?

Surprising good local stop, it was quiet and good place to catch up on reading/listening to audiobook. Maybe they had the music volume lower. The staff were friendly and had the hot dog that's not been available for a while, and also the fish when it was there (not that good), and veggie burger (not the tastiest).

I had a Nashville burger at this branch. They made my burger fresh as per my request. I loved the customer experience that I got today. The girl on the front even came to me to ask me if I need anything else. That a very kind gesture! Would love to visit again.

This is a A&W that I had hot yam fries and hot burgers compared to other A&W in lower mainland area. The girl services in front counter she always had pretty smile on her face. When I changed my mind to switch a soft drink from dine in to take out, she even fills up that little extra room in my take out cup.
