Not so impressed for bunch rice and some lamb chops, for what it cost us could of got the whole lamb and bag of rice...Also if u come with bigger grou of people instead of being happy that you brought them more customers, they charge you extra fee for it lol 😜, there is not Atmosphere you sit est and go.

The food was good and great quantity - but I'm not sure maybe the service was just one off.
We placed a pick-up order through DoorDash, but it appears there was a system glitch. Although our scheduled pick-up time was between 7:00–7:10 PM, the food wasn't ready when we arrived at 7:30 PM. Their system shows the order was for pick-up at 7:06 PM, but also indicates the food should be prepared within 30 minutes of our arrival. Given that it was already 7:30 PM when we got there, they should have at least verified the timing, as it clearly didn't align.

We went there one hour before closing. Upon our arrival the rude waitress came and told us that the table is reserved but it was no sign of reservation at all and when we said we will sit in another table but she refused that by saying let me go and ask customer service was terrible. And we left the restaurant never will go back and I'm recommending for all please don't go there

I have always loved Afghan chopan, my family and I have gone there time and time again and have left positive reviews.
However, our recent visit had poor and slow customer service to which my brother had left a review. The review was constructive and honest, highlighting that the food was good but service was slow. My dad had also voiced this feedback to the staff in person and was told this is normal.
After this, my dad received a call from the manger twice badgering him and insisting to take down the review. My dad repeatedly told him that the review was not his own, but rather posted by his adult son who is entitled to his free speech and expression and that he will not dictate anyone on how they should comment or share reviews.
This was highly unacceptable behaviour by Brother Raheed Qayum, the manager, who has now left an essay full of lies under by brother’s review. I encourage him to share the non-consensual phone call recording he made so it can be self evident to others how rude and entitled he was.
This is also a warning for other customers that their CCTV footage is being reviewed after they leave any constructive reviews and all phone conversations are being recorded without their consent or notice.
what a great food East or West Afghan chopan Restaurant is the best. I came from Seattle and 100% I will be back again to eat the best food I deserve. Thanks

For those who want to explore Afghani food … this is a great place . Dining in has been the best experience!! Food is authentic , the flavours of rice and meat are harmonious !! The Spinach side dish …. Wow … you will fall in love with for sure ! Way to go … Best part … great consistency of flavours!

Had a great experience we ordered the biggest house special combo . There was a misunderstanding first but after talking with the manager they dealt with it nicely. Lamb chops and fernie dessert were to die for 💕

I went with a big group of 30 , everything was amazing. Decor, music , floor seating and table seating areas provided excellent vibes to place. Food was great afghani tasty food with excellent staff providing excellent service. I liked the place so much .
