Ordered on Uber eats. Food never arrived after 2 hours of waiting.

TERRIBLE place. We ordered it and waited 2 hours and it said the order isn’t arriving cause the place is closed, after one day we got a call from them and delivered it but the food was disgusting and old. i don’t recommend this place.

I ordered food from this restaurant on Uber Eats, not only did I not get my food but Uber eats is not giving me a refund. I spent $64 with them and every attempt to reach out to the restaurant has failed. They cut off their phone lines and won’t answer me. STAY AWAY. I still have not received my money back, and Uber says I am not eligible for a refund for some strange reason WHEN I DID NOT GET MY FOOD.

Ordered rolls for delivery - I cannot say how disappointed am I. Just leaving the photos.

Never order on Uber eats again, these people just want your money and they don’t care about customers. I ordered at 12:30 midnight and it said it was going to come at 2:40 am and I waited and waited and it never came !! . Worse place ever

The ubereats is scheduled open until 3:29 am but if you put in an order like I did at 11pm you will have to get a refund since it will never show up and the restaurant won't send updates or answer calls.

Don't bother ordering from them specially through uber you will end up waiting 3 hours no updates or response from the resturant, I can't say anything about the food because we never got it. If you do end up placing a order make sure you call the restaurant and speak to an actual person so you don't end up waiting 3 hours just to cancel it. I called over 20 times no answer and voice-mail was full so don't waste your time waiting.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would! Not only was my order two hours late through Uber eats, but it wasn’t edible. The soya sauce was expired, the container the sushi was in was dirty and had a previous label ripped off of it and taped shut. The prawn tempura roll still had the shell on. The sushi rolls were small and disgusting. The sashimi was still frozen. I didn’t dare eating it. I was scared I’d be sick. The wonton soup was $14.99 it was so small and tasted watered down the wontons had a gross paste inside. I paid $70 do not order from this place!!! Not worth the money or your time. This is not an authentic sushi restaurant.
