I ordered food from this restaurant on Uber Eats, not only did I not get my food but Uber eats is not giving me a refund. I spent $64 with them and every attempt to reach out to the restaurant has failed. They cut off their phone lines and won’t answer me. STAY AWAY. I still have not received my money back, and Uber says I am not eligible for a refund for some strange reason WHEN I DID NOT GET MY FOOD.

Never order on Uber eats again, these people just want your money and they don’t care about customers. I ordered at 12:30 midnight and it said it was going to come at 2:40 am and I waited and waited and it never came !! . Worse place ever

The ubereats is scheduled open until 3:29 am but if you put in an order like I did at 11pm you will have to get a refund since it will never show up and the restaurant won't send updates or answer calls.

Don't bother ordering from them specially through uber you will end up waiting 3 hours no updates or response from the resturant, I can't say anything about the food because we never got it. If you do end up placing a order make sure you call the restaurant and speak to an actual person so you don't end up waiting 3 hours just to cancel it. I called over 20 times no answer and voice-mail was full so don't waste your time waiting.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would! Not only was my order two hours late through Uber eats, but it wasn’t edible. The soya sauce was expired, the container the sushi was in was dirty and had a previous label ripped off of it and taped shut. The prawn tempura roll still had the shell on. The sushi rolls were small and disgusting. The sashimi was still frozen. I didn’t dare eating it. I was scared I’d be sick. The wonton soup was $14.99 it was so small and tasted watered down the wontons had a gross paste inside. I paid $70 do not order from this place!!! Not worth the money or your time. This is not an authentic sushi restaurant.

Waited for 3hrs for their food and never got it. The merchant wasn't picking up my calls, so I just ended up canceling it.
...Don't do a delivery service if you're gonna take 3 hours to deliver. Maybe it would have taken longer, I wouldn't know because I canceled my order. Waste of my time and patience. If I could put less than one star, I would.

O stars. This was the worst sushi experience I have ever had in my life. Ordered off Uber Eats and the wait time was over two hours and they told me it would be less. She asked if I wanted spoons for the soup and she never gave me any spoons.. The Miso soup had no tofu or seaweed, it was just really pungent beef broth with sliced green onion. Gross. The California rolls had no mayo mixed, it was just dry crab that all fell apart when you ate it. The soy sauce was watered down or something it was nasty. I have never had soy sauce that tasted like it had zero salt. $60 and two hours of my life I will never get back. SAVE YOUR MONEY! The absolute worst.

I wish I had read the reviews here first. Absolutely TERRIBLE! The food took over 3 hours to arrive, bad customer service and food was just bad. Even worse, items were not clearly labeled on the website and a sushi marked as vegan had dairy cream cheese on it! Just don't waste your time and money ordering from this place. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I ordered via Uber on December 23, 2022. I was debited $58.80 but this f...k...g restaurant did not deliver my order. I followed up from Uber but they never answer my concern. I called this annoying restaurant again today and the woman answering the phone was yelling at me telling me to wait till midnight. While I was talking on her over the phone, she's yelling right to my ear, I place my mobile phone 3 ft away from me and I can still hear her yelling. I told her it is my right as customer to complain about the order I paid for and did not receive it. This is how the owner treat their customer. This will be the first and last order for me

This place is NEVER open. When I say, never, I actually mean never. I live up the street and come to the complex often to either grab Subway or Starbucks and not once in the hundreds of times I’ve driven by on different days and times of the day, have I seen it open. Makes me wonder…
