Learn more Absolutely horrible service, they bring a pizza with a hair on it and then act like I’m trying to pull one over on them by wanting a new pizza. They come to my house and inspect the pizza and replace it with a pizza that wasn’t even fully cooked. They charged me 18$ for one large pizza out of spite for me wanting to replace and pizza and add a pizza on top of it. They are horrible employees and garbage owners. Not only am I reviewing but I will be placing calls to health authorities because of this disgusting treatment. My girlfriend is now sick because of your uncooked pizza that we had one slice of and then threw away. I would never recommend this pizza to anyone. I wouldn’t even take it if they were giving it out on the streets for free. Even homeless people deserve better food than this.

Came from Toronto to visit my family in Surrey. I've heard so much about the Pizza Factory but was told that the salt quantity is usually too much. When I ordered the Pizza I specifically asked for less salt. While they got the "less salt" part correct, they seem to have compensated with onions. The toppings were on a bed of sauce and onions. It was so overpowering with onions that we couldn't even enjoy the Pizza itself. Needless to say, we are never ordering from here again.

What a ripoff! The last couple of times we were able to switch one of our toppings at no charge because we do not eat Italian sausage. Now randomly they want to charge $2.25 for the same topping. Also previously when paying by cash and asked them for a receipt there was no company info on the receipt what so ever. Just a hand scribbled receipt. Might as well scribble it on toilet paper. I would never recommend their pizza to anybody and their customer service SUCKS big time. LOOOSERS!!!!

I have catered this location since the 80's. A family business in Newton. The prices are reasonable and the best pizza I have had. And I am Italian Heritage. Pick up or Delivery only. Try it and you will see what I am talkin about. Greek special my favorite

Ordered a pizza from there picked it up got in car all i coould smell was something burnt yes when I got home the pizza was burnt no more pizza factory

Pizza quality is great but it's too bad they've raised the prices to like almost $10 a pizza. Might switch back to Dominos pizza since its quite comparable and amazing!
We drive from New Westminster to THIS Pizza Factory because the Burnaby one (a few blocks away from where we are) doesn't offer the $7.99 deal. It's worth the drive and the gas money. We order one pizza for everyone, which sometimes is 6 or 7 pizzas. They're always ready on time, they taste fresh and hot. We do prefer this type of pizza over the thin crust type. This is not your dieter's pizza. It is pan pizza, thick with toppings and cheese. One of the kids orders hers without cheese, and it's still thick with toppings and delicious. It's the same price no matter if you're ordering 2 toppings or one of their deluxe pizzas. I wish all pizza places were like this one. There's about 5 pizza places within a 1 mile radius of us, and still we will drive out to 68/King George for this pizza.

My family has been coming here for years. The pizza is really good and very well priced. We order here for family get togethers all the time. Our guests have never complained.
