Stopped by around 7:45. Just two people were in the restaurant, so basically empty.
Our food took a very long time to arrive, around 30-35 minutes. Fries were undercooked, whiteish, other than that, the food was good. A large group of people came in. We were stunned when their food arrived at their table within 10 minutes. This is the second time this has happened to us. Disappointing because it was my birthday dinner.

Expensive for what you get and staff that won't listen. I attempted twice now to try their medium spice level, and both times they gave me mild instead. I also agree that take-out chicken is too dry. I'm sure it's just this location, I've never had this horrible of an experience at any other Barcelos.
