Barney's Pizza & Fried Chicken | Best Pizza and Halal Fried Chicken in Surrey

Barney’s Pizza is actually really solid. The pizza tastes fresh and has a good balance of toppings without feeling heavy. The place has a chill vibe and it’s easy to just sit down and enjoy your food without any hassle. The staff is friendly and gets things done pretty quick, even when it’s busy. It’s one of those spots that’s reliable every time you go, and it’s become somewhere I like grabbing food when I want something good without overthinking it.

Very unprofessional

I ordered a chicken pizza yesterday. The cheese on the pizza was burnt, and there was only one small piece of chicken per slice. It cost me $18 for a large pizza, which was not worth it. When I asked what the black thing on my pizza was, I was told it was chaat masala, but it was actually burnt cheese.

The restaurant closed down. There is a different restaurant called Barney's Karahiwala at a different location, which is owned by the same family but uses the same phone number.

It was an amazing place before they closed. Full 5 stars here. Chicken was amazing, burgers were amazing, pizza was stellar, only complaint was that I couldn't go back in time and eat it twice!

More so than the food, it's the service and the hygiene that kills this restaurant.To get the food out of the way, it's okay. If it wasn't for the fact that it's Halal, I wouldn't be eating here. It's quite pricey for the size of the pizza, the flavors are desi (which is fine), but the pepperoni wasn't pepperoni, it was salami. We got a half and half and they cut it so it wasn't exactly half and half. Two slices on either end were mixed which was annoying.Coming to the service, it's probably beyond saving as it seems all desi places have vowed to treat you as if they're doing you a favor by serving you. The guy who brought us the pizza simply put the pizza on our table and walked away without a word, without serving plates, offering any cutlery or condiments. I had to get up and get some boxes I saw in their hallway on the way to the dirty bathroom and use those as plates (there were customers in line placing orders and I couldn't wait for them to get done before asking for plates that we needed to start eating).Lastly the hygiene. Seats - dirty. Tables - very dirty. Floor - extremely dirty with pieces of crust no one ever bothered to clean. Bathroom - I'd rather pee in my pants.Please get your act together especially in the customer service and general cleanliness and hygiene department.

This was by far the best pizza I have had in Surrey. Consistently great pizza with a wide variety of toppings. You must try Barney's Pizza if you are looking for a place with amazing food and a great atmosphere!
