Bar tenders ABSOLUTELY do NOT want to be there. Always terrible attitude. VERY UNWELCOMING. The short one will not say a single word even when spoken to! 🤢
Bouncers are VERY friendly and respectful. Easy to connect with. Good choice for the face of the establishment

I’ve had some very negative experiences at Baselines when Kiana Loustau is working. I’ve seen guests treated unfairly and felt the service was unprofessional and concerning at times. I would recommend visiting when other staff are on shift. Please look at your bills and double check there are no extra drinks that you did not drink when she is serving.

I came here with my friend expecting the usual great time, but this visit was seriously disappointing because of one of the bartenders. From the moment we interacted with her, her attitude was cold and dismissive. At one point, my friend jokingly said something like “sorry we’re being high maintenance” (which we absolutely weren’t, we were polite and relatively quiet). Instead of taking it lightly, she snapped back with, “if you know you’re being high maintenance the least you could do is tip.” That was completely uncalled for.
What made it worse was that my friend always tips generously. He was literally pulling out a $100 tip when she doubled down and got other people at the bar involved to shame him. Then she had the audacity to say “no, he can keep it, clearly he needs it more,” loud enough for everyone to hear. It was humiliating, totally unnecessary, and ruined the vibe for the night. Honestly, I’ve never seen someone in customer service act that way, and it’s frustrating to see a loyal, high-tipping customer get treated like that. If management sees this, I really hope they reach out. This bartender is driving good people away from your business.

Normally I have a great experience here, however tonight our bartender was the rudest and saddest individual I’ve ever seen in the customer service space. I jokingly said “sorry we’re being high maintenance” despite being relatively quiet and she had the gall to say “if you know you’re being high maintenance the least you could do is tip”. First off, I give my tips at the end of the night which has never been a problem and second we ordered the most simple drinks on the planet so the entitlement was completely unnecessary. I tried to plead my case and instead she rallied other drunks at the bar to shame me as I was pulling my intended $100 tip out of my wallet then threw in “no he can keep it clearly he needs it more”. She ruined the night, was super loud about it and has now lost a permanently well paying customer, I would love the management to reach out so I can point out to you exactly who is costing your bar business.

After spending big money in here for weeks I got kicked out because some MAN tried to pick a fight with a 120pnd girl about budging in line infront of me and the bouncer was biased and told me I was the problem.
Waited an hour at 10:30pm to get into this dive. This place is complete trash from what it used to be

The capacity for people is to low so it makes the bar feel dead and way to spaced out the whole time. You usually end up waiting in a line that more lively than inside the door. The employees are dope, but the rules or regulations holding this place back suck the fun out of the place.
