I visited the Baskin Robbins store with my friend this week ( Wednesday). They are giving dirty ice creams to people. I got ice cream and had Mosquito ( Insect) inside the ice cream . I have proof photo and video also i'm going to share with you guys some proof. If we can get health issues, who's responsible for that?

I have 2 reviews to lesve here! For the owner: You have no public washroom, and this is outrageous! I don't mean to come across as a Karen here today, but I had consumed an energy drink prior to arriving to your establishment.
I went inside and kindly asked the young lady working there if I could use the washroom before getting ice cream to take home for my misses, but she said that they don't have washroom!
I was in such desperate need to go pee, so I promptly left to use the washroom at a public park.
Now, here is my 5 🌟 review for Tanvi & Riya! Thank you ladies for checking what other location has my woman favourite ice cream! I'm getting her some either tonight or tomorrow! Thanks again! 😀

The store is clean and well maintained. Staff are incredibly friendly and patient while you decide what flavor to buy. Lots of free parking and chairs and tables outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream!

The male employee with glasses & goatee working was extremely rude and disrespectful. He also seemed to be lazy and not wanting to serve till 10pm. He tried to get us out of the store so he could close early. Ownership should fire this guy for terrible service unless they want to continue to lose regular clients
