When we went there we were expecting the same as other Korean Chicken places , but as soon as I got the food into the car….ohhhh, I could smell how good it was. My daughter opened the box and took a bite. (She’s so mean-lol) I could hear the crunch, it even sounded good. The taste was amazing. We’ve been back a few times, if it was a little closer we would go more frequently.

Sometime last year we ordered some foods for pick up.
I believe it was two types of boneless chicken and the spicy rice cake dishes.
When we got home we found hair in all the foods and tried to call the restaurant multiple times — they never answered. We tried calling instead of driving back since it was close to closing time and we wanted to make sure they were there once we arrived.
My friend also sent an email through the website but never received a reply back.
The reason I did the review on Google so late was cause I forgot about the incident until we drove past the store again and my friend casually mentioned how you guys never got back to her.
It was unfortunate since the first couple times when we dined in was great but hair in the food we picked up and the lack of service after was enough to make me not come back.

I just ordered chicken as skip the dish. However, I set a reservation order an hour later, but the food came in a completely cold state as if it had been made right away. Also, even though I ordered chicken radish, it didn't come and two sauces didn't come. But why is the receipt checked? Can you do things roughly like this? About the ruined evening on a Christmas day. I'm full of regrets.

First of all, the person who served us was very friendly and nice. But the food was so fried that the chicken tasted a bit burnt. Rose Tteokbokki is the worst... The rice cakes are hard, the sauce isn't enough, but it's lumpy, and there's too much Parmesan cheese on it, so you can't even taste the sauce. I really like Korean BBQ chicken, so I went there with high expectations, but I was so disappointed.

I’m a driver for uber eats and sometimes I can’t avoid if I need to use the bathroom. I just picked up my delivery from this store and ask if I can use the bathroom (like I always do in other restaurants and they said yes) and the staff just told me “its for customer only” I answered, Am I not a customer? Still he insist I can’t use it. Poor staff.

And then she thought I came to pickup something for someone else, and then I said I came to eat, the way she talk and took the order also very bad and 3rd class.
