Disappointed with Rasmalai from Bharat Sweets I recently bought rasmalai from Bharat Sweets, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with this dessert. The rasmalai was very hard and clearly not fresh—which completely ruined the texture that rasmalai is known for. While it was overly sweet, the sugar couldn't cover up the poor quality and lack of freshness. Really disappointed, especially since I expected better from a place that usually maintains a good reputation. Definitely not worth the money this time.

bought a big order of sweets for my wedding, and It went moldy in 4-5 days after. we already given out sweets. They told us after coolers have been having issues, so why are you still selling sweets? we drove 3 hours from Washington to give them service, they refused to give us refund because we didn't bring back the moldy boxes'(I provided pics, Im not going to ask people to give back boxes that were already distributed) pathetic excuse for store and bakery. fudu business. only offered me $80 dollars back on $500 order.

Well I'm sorry to say that this place has gone straight down hill.i ordered simple extra hot curry chicken.they gave me the wrong order,told me to come back the next day and they would reanberse me.they charged me full price and made the same mistake. So after my 3rd trip back I just asked for my money back so I could go somewhere else.i was not rude at all just frustrated. They heated up my old food and spiced it up a Lil.still no spice.bad costumer service.i have been going there for 10 plus years and will never go back.just plain rude.

Today we ordered Gobhi and Mooli Paranthe at our work place nearby. The most BAD tasting paranthas ever. NO SALT , OFCOURSE NO SEASONING. HORRIBLE .NEVER EVER going to order again at this place .

Very poor customer service. we ordered around $660 dollars worth of sweets just for them to have mold on them, we called them back to get some assistance and were met with the very rude owner who said the cooler was working whilst the worker said the cooler was messed up. they expect us to eat the sweets that were placed right beside moldy sweets. very unacceptable and very bad customer service. We will never step in this shop again.
